The Villa This spacious fully equipped 4 bedroom luxury villa comfortably accommodates 6 persons and is a substantial, single storey villa, designed with lounge and dining kitchen in an open plan setting, two bathrooms, two spacious double bedrooms, and two single bedrooms. The large lounge patio doors offer all around views of the beautiful golf course, landscaped garden, patio and private swimming pool. The kitchen is fully fitted to include a dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave. Peraleja Golf Resort is a prestigious resort with a fantastic golf course designed by Severiano Ballesteros at its heart. This 18 hole par 72 golf course incorporates four interlinked lakes with views to the mountains and the sea. This developing resort is surrounded by a security wall and a 24h security gate. Facilities also include a clubhouse, restaurant, piano bar, tennis courts and sports facilities. An onsite shopping centre is also almost complete and is due to open in Jul/Aug 08.

There is also Alicante airport which runs flights to northern Europe and the UK. Murcia has excellent transport links to the rest of the Spain.
